Leaked Trump Rule: Any Religious Employer Can Opt Out of Contraception Coverage

A leaked document from the Trump administration appears to show that President Trump is ready to let all religious employers opt out of providing contraception coverage under the Affordable Care Act also known as Obamacare.  Previously, only churches and houses of worship were exempt from the mandate but the leaked rule would cover all religious employers including religious colleges and universities.
